4. develop methods, methodology, construction and deconstruction
5. data collection, data analysis, and trial facts identification
6. further systems analysis (vis a vis John Dewey)
7. falsification (vis a vis Karl Popper)
8. further identify systems, results, conclusions, discussion
9. peer review and interpretation(s).
